Peru Whisper is made from a rare bean variety, Gran Nativo Blanco, grown in the Piura region in northern Peru. This exceptional cocoa, as precious as it is delicate, gives rise to one of the Maison's most refined chocolates.
At 77% cocoa, it reveals fruity citrus notes, a soft, velvety texture and a remarkable balance. A subtle cooking chocolate that expresses itself with delicacy while leaving a beautiful, lingering finish.
A chocolate of great finesse, ideal for delicate pastry creations with fruity, tangy accords.
