Pierre Marcolini reinterprets the traditional marshmallow bear through an irresistible panda version. A thin milk chocolate shell, crafted from São Tomé and Príncipe beans and milk from Maison Beillevaire, holds a light, melting vanilla marshmallow. The soft, delicately spiced notes of the cocoa harmonise with the creamy roundness of the milk to create a particularly indulgent chocolate. The crunch of the shell quickly gives way to the softness of the marshmallow heart, offering a comforting, generous and thoroughly indulgent tasting experience.
