      Our ‘Kumo’ signature biscuit, derived from the Japanese word for cloud, is an ethereal pastry inspired by Pierre Marcolini’s extensive travels to the Land of the Rising Sun.

      This Vanilla Grand Cru version comprises a hazelnut dacquoise biscuit sponge and Madagascar vanilla cream, topped with a white chocolate disc.
      Its sweet aromas are sure to delight all your guests!
