Bean-to-bar Belgian chocolate, made in our own atelier
Every chocolate sold at Pierre Marcolini Sablon is made bean-to-bar in the Maison's own atelier in Brussels, from sourcing the cocoa beans to the final praline.
Pierre Marcolini founded the Maison in 1995, after being named World Pastry Champion, and around eighty artisans now work in the Brussels atelier to produce the Maison's chocolates, pralines and gift boxes.
