Exceptional chocolates as always and the service from the sales guy with a name starting with K I think was stellar. Great knowledge of the products and made sure that even if they don't do gift wraps I could have a second paper bag and a postcard as well to prepare my gift.

This is by far my favorite brand of chocolatier. I always ask my sister to get it for me whenever she visits India . I had the chance to visit this place when I was in harrods. I love their chocolates, macroons and the cakes everything is simply delicious. Please give this a try. They also have a variety of speeds and gelatos( this was not at harrods)

Was in London on vacation and stopped in to this wonderful shop. It’s magical. The aroma and visuals were intoxicating. A lovely girl named Asia helped me choose a delectable array of sweets. She was beyond helpful and very passionate about the chocolates and as excited as I was about picking them out. A nice change from American customer service. What a wonderful experience. I’m a Pierre Marcolini convert.
