Fantastic service! The staff serving me - a Chinese lady with long hair - was very enthusiastic, friendly, and offered many samples. She also explained the different flavours most thoroughly. Due to the wonderful service, I hence decided to purchase two boxes of chocolate, which is exceptional - especially the Japanese whisky selection. Very strong whisky flavour, with smooth, strong ganache. All in all a wonderful experience here and I’ll definitely return. Location is great as it is also right next to Alain Ducasse which another brilliant chocolatier.

Popped into Pierre Marcolini at Selfridges and had a blast! David, the guy there, is awesome super chill, gave great chocolate picks, and made it such a fun vibe. Chocolates are unreal, but David’s epic service is the real deal. Gotta visit!

I had a box of chocolate on the spot and did not feel heavy. Same taste like I remember it 15 years ago. Definitely it is good to try it.
